Whether you’re running a company, running a church or running a home, you can’t excel unless you can see things from all points of view.
Whether you’re running a company, running a church or running a home, you can’t excel unless you can see things from all points of view. the Hebrew word for wisdom is “sakal” and means “to be circumspect” or to look at things from all angles. To see things from the views of others, to see both sides of the argument. Many are missing their potential because they give a cold shoulder to those outside their denomination or group, but thats where we have to influence, beyond our walls. and that takes effort and risk. I personally enjoy connecting with brothers form all denominations, that has been a major part of my lifework. however I know preachers who think its anathema to have fellowship with this whose doctrine does not line up with theirs. Wisdom. seeing the views of others leads to influence.
I think too of ones potential in ministry is often stifled because of there walls we set up. You are more than your church, you are more than your denomination. Reaching out just like Jesus aid by going into “all the world” and reaching the gospel unlocks ones potential and will indeed leave one with more fulfilment and joy in ministry.
